One On One Training

If individual attention to achieve your goal is what you desire then these sessions are what you are looking for. Choose from 45 minute or 75 minute, one on one sessions to launch your goal whether it be weight loss, strength and conditioning, pain management via mobility or fall prevention via stability and reaction training. One on one sessions are available seven days a week at a time that is most convenient to you, if not booked out, so get in early to reserve your preferred time. Get in touch via phone or email to book and discuss your fitness goals and we will bring the appropriate equipment to you. All sessions are conducted at your home or other preferred location such as a council approved park or reserve near you. Prices quoted at left are for one or two bookings over a seven day period , however, value packages are available for ten prepaid sessions (often used over a 3 to 4 week period), thirty prepaid sessions (often used over a 9 to 12 week period) and fifty prepaid sessions (often used over a 16 to 20 week period ) . No cancellation penalties apply, however, your prepaid cancelled session should be used within seven days from the original booking in order to prevent lowering your hard earned fitness level achieved thus far.

Buddy Training

This option allows you to train with a partner or friend to save $$$ and share a fun training experience. It's win win when you pair up as you are both more likely to stick with the program with the additional support from your buddy. Why not take that journey together? There are many exercises that can be performed as a pair to help improve fitness levels and increase the fun factor during sessions. Session programs are designed to cater for any fitness level that you or your buddy are currently at. Group Training (Al Fresco)

Training outdoors in a group of 4 or more over 4 to 8 weeks is a very effective way to achieve the results you want on a budget. If you know people who love to socialise, exercise and enjoy themselves then get them together for a fun inexpensive way to get fit at a park or reserve near you. The bigger the group the more affordable the session becomes. You also have the option to join one of the existing group classes to enjoy the savings. Training outdoors has been proven to be a very effective way to lift your physical fitness level as well as improve your psychological state of mind. Training ''al fresco'' as a group is an extremely encouraging and rewarding training method which has gained much popularity in recent times due to convenience and the positive results enjoyed by those who participate. All sessions are conducted at your home or other preferred location such as a council approved park or reserve near you.

Why Longer Sessions ?

At A Gym 2U we add around 15 minutes more to all our sessions compared to most of our competitors. This extra time is added to be sure that all the appropriate warm up (preparation) and cool down procedures are followed correctly. This helps prevent injury during and after exercise and assists in the reduction of post exercise pain we all feel to some extent after exercising. Additional attention is given to stretching via static and dynamic techniques used in conjunction with mobiliser movements and SMR (self myofascial release) techniques.
